Founded in 1994, Ho Kee Pau began as a modest food stall along the streets of Geylang, operated by the Ho Kee couple. As one of the pioneer dim sum stalls in Singapore to launch the concept of takeaway Baos Today, the brand has expanded into a renowned chain specializing in Chinese traditional buns and dim sums.
